Apple’s First Online Store in India

Apple’s first online store is ready to launch in India on 23 September, where customers across the country will be offered the company’s full range of products for the first time. Apple’s CEO Tim Cook has given this information by tweeting.  All apple’s products will be available in Apple’s online store. Apart from this, customers will also get direct customer support. Till now, Apple was using authorized online shopping platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. You will not only be able to buy the company products from Apple’s online store, as well as Apple’s experts will also guide the product. Apart from this, Indian customers will now get customer support and guidance directly from Apple.  The special thing is that Indian customers will get the facility of customer care in English as well as Hindi.

Exchange program

There will also be an exchange offer for iPhone on AppleStore Online.  Here consumers will also get a trade-in option where consumers can change their old iPhone for a new iPhone.

Apple care+

AppleCare + You will also be able to extend the warranty of your product for two years by purchasing AppleCare+. It will get technical support and accidental damage cover.  Apart from this,In apple Care Plus, consumers will be given free of charge repair or replacement warranty under Apple’s standard warranty rules.

Payment option

Various payment modes will be available on the Apple Store online, including Debit and Credit cards.  Other options include credit card EMI, RuPay, UPI, net banking, and credit card on delivery.

Contactless Delivery

All orders from the Apple Store online will ship with contactless delivery. The delivery of the product from Apple’s online store will be within 24 hours to 72 hours via BlueDart. Orders will not require a signature to confirm receipt of delivery.
