The newly elected President of the United States Joe Biden has suffered a major injury in his right foot.
Joe Biden Injures His Right Foot
The news of Joe Biden injuring his legs started doing the rounds from the last week of November. But very little information was shared about his injury.
But recently in an interview with the CNN Biden opened up about his injury. The President said that he suffered hairline fractures in his right foot.
He added that the injury was not that massive but bad enough to check from walking properly. And that was the reason Biden was seen wearing boots during the last few days.
The Reason Behind His Injury
Well, there is an interesting story behind Biden’s injured foot. The world knows that the President-elect is fond of dogs and owns two pet dogs who are all set to be a part of the White House.
Biden broke his right foot while chasing one of his dogs, Major. Biden shared this story during his interview. He said that the incident happened when Major dropped a ball and Biden picked it up and started chasing him.
And that is when he slipped on a rug kept on the floor and tripped over it resulting in the fracture. He added that people have had pets can relate to such incidents. Biden added that he is much better now. As the President-elect is all set to join office in January he will be bringing both his pet dogs Major and Champ to the White House.
It will be after four long years that the White House will be occupied by pet dogs. Both the dogs even have their official social media accounts and have gained millions of followers.
