Kerala HC has accepted the anticipatory bail of Sunny leone. Kerala HC has said that no one can arrest the actress without any prior notice in a cheating case.

The Kerala HC has given the right to the crime branch to proceed with their investigation. The HC was hearing a petition filed by Sunny Leone seeking anticipatory bail in the case filed by a Perumbavoor-based event manager.

In the petition she has said that she is innocent and it was not her fault. She is has that she will be cooperative with the investigation and no manner of criminality could be attributed against them.

There are three people who are helping her first one is his husband Daniel Weber and there is a another person. Leone also said they had cooperated with the officers and apprised them of the facts and circumstances, handed over documents substantiating the transactions that transpired between them and the complainant.

The FIR in this regard was registered at the Crime Branch Police Station in Kerala’s Ernakulam by a Kochi-based event manager. The complainant alleged that Sunny Leone received Rs 29 lakh on 12 different occasions since 2016 in exchange for her commitment to attend various inaugural events.
