Narendra Modi Visits Kutch On 15th December

Our honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi visits Dhordo in Kutch, Gujarat on 15 December. Along with this lay the foundation of different types of developmental projects there.

The visit of him was really nice to them, The Chief Minister of Gujarat were also present in that occasion. A cultural event was organised for Narendra Modi.

The projects that he has initiated in that place that will really help in the development of the area. Narendra Modi says that this projects include a desalination plant, a hybrid renewable energy park, and a fully automated milk processing and packing plant.

He said that Gujarat is going to do a remarkable job in terms of transforming seawater to potable drinking water with the upcoming Desalination Plant at Mandvi, Kutch. He added that the Desalination Plant, with 10 crore litre per day capacity (100 MLD), will strengthen water security in Gujarat by complementing Narmada Grid, Sauni network and treated wastewater infrastructure.

The people from will get water easily, it is said that with the help of this Desalination Plant, around 8 lakh people from the region of Mundra, Lakhpat, Abdasa and Nakhatrana talukas will receive desalinated water from this plant. It will also help the other districts like Bhachau, Rapar and Gandhidham.

It is one of the five upcoming desalination plants in Gujarat besides those at Dahej (100 MLD), Dwarka (70 MLD), Ghogha Bhavnagar (70 MLD) and Gir Somnath (30 MLD) Narendra Modi said.
