Nine workers from Jharkhand’s village are missing

Nine workers who were working in the NTPC dam project belongs from a village of Jharkhand are missing. Nobody have any idea that where they are.

The atmosphere in Bethet village of Kisko block in Lohardagga is solemn as families of these missing men are eagerly waiting for news. Their eyes are glued on the TV screens to trace some news about their kins.

It is said that the nine workers are not in touch with their families from sunday. Before their shift at around 9:45 AM they had a talk with their family and after that they all are missing.

After that moment their mobile phone is not reachable and the police is also not able to trace the nine workers. Their family at the ed went to the district administration for seeking help.

They have requested DC Pravin Toppo to chip in with the needful to spot their family members who are missing after the tragedy that stuck Chamoli.

DC Pravin Toppo has said that he has reported the matter to the commissioner and secretary of disaster management with all details of the missing persons. Toppo said he is also trying to contact the DM Chamoli.
