Reliance is going to build world’s largest Zoo


Reliance one of the most famous and leading company of all over the world, the company have done so many remarkable jobs for the development of the nation and now again they are back with some new project for the development of our country India.

Reliance os going to built worlds largest zoo in Gujarat’s Jamnagar. This step taken by them is going to helpful for so many animals who do not have shelter.


Anant Ambani who is the son of the business tycoon Mukesh Ambani is taking lead in the project. He said that the Zoo will have more than hundred types of species of animals, birds and reptiles from all over the world. It will come upon an area of 280 acres close to the company’s refinery project at Moti Khavdi close to Jamnagar, which is the world’s largest oil refining complex.

He said that this project is going to a time taking as it is a very big project. He added that it might take at least 2 years to open for the general public. Anant has also decided the name of the Zoo, it shows that how much excited he is for this project.


The name of the Zoo would be “Greens Zoological, Rescue & Rehabilitation Kingdom” on the other hand it is going to have different sections like “Forest of India”, “Insect Life”, “Dragon’s Land”, “Exotic Island”, “Wild Trail of Gujarat” and “Aquatic Kingdom” among others.

Reliance has done with the paper works that was mandatory to start the work, they have taken permission from the state and the central government as well. For this project RIL has already obtained all the necessary approvals.


Another thing that should be noted is that the RIL has set up a rescue centre at Jamnagar where the company had recently shifted a few leopards. The reliance is doing this work as a corporate social responsibility (CSR). Mainly the want to help the forest department so that the cats who are injured or not in a good condition could stay in a stable manner.
